Corsair Relocates HQ to Milpitas, CA

Tech and gaming peripherals company Corsair is relocating their headquarters to Milpitas, California after signing a 10-year lease in late April.

The new facility is a 118,127 square-foot building on North McCarthy Boulevard according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The lease is set to begin on March 1, indicating that they will not renew their lease on the 96,000 square-foot facility located in Fremont, California.

A representative for Corsair did not respond to reporters request for comment in regards to why they decided to move to Milpitas.

The facility is located on the new Point Park, a 30 acre business center founded by PCCP LLC and Embarcadero Capital partners, The facility cost $70 million and features three buildings and an outside area with a basketball court, volleyball court and fire pits. Corsair will be the first company to occupy the space.

Corsair is one of the leading makers of PC gaming peripherals and hardware, offering gaming mice, keyboards, live-streaming equipment, PC gaming systems and PC hardware. The company went public in September 2020 and raised $119 million with its initial public offering. Corsair posted net earnings of $556 million, with their stock price currently sitting at just above $34.
