Ukraine Missile Attack Destroys Russian Ammo Depot, Killing Another Russian General

The Ukrainian army claims to have killed 50 Russian soldiers, including a Russian general during a missile attack on a Russian ammunition depot in Kherson, located in the south of the country.

According to Ukraine, Major General. Artem Nasbulin – the chief of the General Staff of the 22nd Russian Army Corps, was killed in the attack.

Video of the attack showed a large primary explosion and multiple large secondary explosions as stored munitions and bombs detonated.

Serhiy Bratchuk, spokesman for Ukraine’s Odessa region military, said that the counter-attack was carried out using HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System), an advanced missile system provided by the United States.

Pro-Russian regional authorities appointed by Putin confirmed the attack, acknowledging that at least seven people are dead and more than 60 wounded, without offering details on or conformation of identities. They claim that the Ukrainian strike hit warehouses storing saltpeter, residential buildings and other urban infrastructure. adding a “hospital exploded”.
