Conservative Election Attorney Ben Ginsberg to Testify to January 6 Investigative Committee on Monday

Conservative Republican election attorney Ben Ginsberg will testify to the House January 6 investigative committee at its next public hearing

Ginsberg will testify that there was no evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 election, despite former claims of President Donald Trump and his supporters.

Ginsberg will also discuss the failed court cases filed by Trump’s team.

Chris Stirewalt, a former FOX political editor, will also be a witness on Monday.

FOX fired Stirewalt in January 2021 after right-wing backlash to the network’s call of Arizona for then-presidential candidate Joe Biden during the 2020 presidential election.

Liz Cheney, the Committee Vice-Chair and US representative for Wyoming’s congressional district, said that the hearing on Monday morning will focus on how Trump questioned the electoral process widely, knowing his allies’ assertions would not influence the outcome.
