Another Russian Ship Sunk by Ukrainian Defenders

Ukrainian forces have reportedly sunk another Russian warship in the Black Sea using missiles.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported destroying 3 Russian naval assets so far in their update but did not specify which.

Ukrainian social media website Dumskya later claimed that a Russian frigate caught on fire near Snake Island after it was struck by a Neptune missile.

“The explosion followed by burning occurred on board the Russian frigate of project 11356Р of the Burevestnik type, which is located near Zmeiny Island. As it became known to Dumskaya, enemy aircraft are now circling over this area of the Black Sea, rescue ships have come out to help the ship from the temporarily occupied Crimea,” said Dumskaya.

Ukrainian parliament member Oleksiy Honcharenko said the warship hit by the Neptune missile was the Admiral Makarov but there has been no official confirmation yet from Ukrainian and Russian armed forces.
