Russian State TV News Anchor Threatened to Nuke UK

Russian state TV news anchor Vladimir Solovyov has threatened the United Kingdom (UK) with nukes over its ‘boorish’ support for Ukraine.

Solovyov was quoted in a video clip posted by The Daily Mail making this remark.

“As it turned out, one Sarmat means minus One Great Britain because they got totally boorish,” Solovyov said this during an interview with Dmitry Rogozin, head of the Roscosmos space agency.

On national television, Rogozin told Solovyov that 46 missiles will be built, with the first being deployed to forces in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, later this year.

Rogozin added that “everything is according to plan”.

Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the successful launch of the “Sarmat” intercontinental ballistic missile, dubbed “Satan II” in the West and capable of delivering multiple nuclear warheads as far as the continental United States, would “give thought to those who are attempting to threaten Russia.”
