At Least 15,000 Russian Personnel Died Since the Start of War

The Ukrainian government claimed at least 15,000 Russian troops have died since Putin ordered the invasion of Ukraine.

Ukrainian authorities added that Russian armed forces have also lost 1,597 armored vehicles, 124 helicopters, and 530 tanks.

Russia’s Ministry of Defense announced earlier this month that 498 of its personnel had been killed in Ukraine, with another 1,597 injured.

It was the first time since the invasion began that the Kremlin had put a figure on its casualties.

The figures were released by the Ukrainian government through Twitter, captioned “Information on Russian Invasion”
