The Azov battalion has reportedly launched missiles against two Russian cargo ships that were sailing in the Sea of Azov.
“At 11:00 on February 24, 2022, in the waters of the Sea of Azov, Russian civilian cargo ships SGV-Flot and Serafim Sarovsky were subjected to a missile attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The fire was fired from the direction of Mariupol. . One of the team members was seriously injured,” said the Russian Federal Security Service.
The fires caused by the missile strike have been reportedly put out in both SGV-Flot and Serafim Sarovsky.
Patrol boats have arrived to evacuate the wounded crew member while both ships continued with their journey.
