Kentucky Congressman Brett Guthrie tested positive for COVID-19 in a breakthrough case on Dec. 8.
Guthrie, who is fully vaccinated, announced on Twitter that he took a COVID-19 test “out of an abundance of caution” and it came back positive.
Guthrie added that he is experiencing mild symptoms.
“My offices in Kentucky’s Second District and D.C. will stay open to assist constituents,” Guthrie also wrote.
