Nick Cannon’s Son Zen has Passed Away Due to a Brain Tumor

Nick Cannon’s youngest child died on Sunday following a battle with brain cancer.

Cannon confirmed the loss of his 5-month-old baby Zen on “The Nick Cannon Show,” dedicating Tuesday’s broadcast to his “wonderful son Zen,” whom he shares with model Alyssa Scott.

Cannon stated that his child was around 2 months old when he realized the infant had some breathing problems, which he originally ascribed to the child’s sinuses.

Zen was identified with a cancerous brain tumor after doctors notified the host that fluid was accumulating in his skull.

Zen’s situation took a turn around Thanksgiving after several operations and treatments, and the baby’s tumor began to grow quicker.

Zen is Cannon’s youngest child. His oldest children, 10-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, are shared with Mariah Carey.
