Man Injured at Shooting Incident in Northern Ireland Town

A shooting incident at a town in Northern Ireland has injured one man on Nov. 7, according to the police.

The incident occurred at a house in Greenpark Drive in Antrim, a town in the northeast of Northern Ireland, the police said.

The police received a report shortly after 10:30 p.m. local time that a man had sustained a gunshot wound after an attacker fired through the front door of the house.

The man has been taking to the hospital for treatment, police said without providing details on the victim’s condition.

The police are investigating the incident as officers conduct door-to-door inquiries.
