St. Francois County in Missouri had confirmed that a tornado blasted several towns in Farmington, Missouri on Monday, October 25.
Several videos from news outlets and residents showed the tornado’s wrath as it damaged buildings and other properties and caused tree branches to break. Several county-wide power outages have also been reported.
The county’s Emergency Management Agency said that no one suffered major injuries despite the tornado’s aftermath.
Department authorities expressed gratitude to several agencies who helped residents through the calamity and guaranteed their safety. The agency also thanked the locals who helped clean up trees and debris from county roads.
The department said, “Our hearts and prayers go out to the many citizens without power and those who lost their homes or who had their homes damaged as a result of this horrific storm.”
