Kawasaki Recalls Various Model Year 2018-2021 Ninja Motorcycles Due to Faulty Rear Wheel

Kawasaki Motors recalled 857 model year 2018 Ninja H2 SX, Ninja H2 SX SE, and model year 2019-2021 Ninja H2 SX SE+ motorcycles due to potential safety risk.

An insufficient amount of grease in the rear hub needle-bearing may cause it to fail, which could result in the rear wheel locking up.

Rear wheel lock-up can increase the risk of a crash.

Dealers will replace the needle-bearing, free of charge.

There have been no reported incidents or injuries to date.
