Forest River Recalls Trailers due to Potential Safety Risk

Forest River recalled approximately 2,818 model year 2018-2020 RPOD travel trailers due to potential safety risk.

The sewer termination bracket may fail, causing the plumbing to drag on the ground or to completely detach.

If the plumbing were to detach completely, then it could become a road hazard to others and increase the risk of injury or even death during a crash.

Forest River has notified owners, while dealers has installed a new bracket, free of charge.

There have been no reported incidents to date.
