KZRV recalled 806 model year 2021 Sportsmen Classic, Escape and Sonic recreational trailers due to potential safety risk.
The microwave circuits were improperly connected to a 20amp circuit breaker instead of a 15amp circuit breaker.
Connection to the wrong amperage circuit breaker may not provide enough circuit protection, increasing the risk of a fire and injury.
KZRV will notify owners, while dealers will replace the 20 amp circuit breaker with a 15 amp circuit breaker free of charge.
The recall is expected to begin March 16, 2021.
There have been no reported incidents to date.
