My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell Banned on Twitter for Spreading Election Misinformation

The CEO of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, has been permanently banned from Twitter for spreading false claims about the 2020 presidential election.

Twitter made the decision based on a new civic integrity policy made after the Capitol insurrection where users who share election misinformation can be permanently banned.

Twitter however did not mention which tweet from Lindell caused the ban.

Lindell is known to make claims on social media, particularly Twitter that the election was rigged even after U.S. President Joe Biden was inaugurated.

Aside from Twitter, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Wayfair have announced that they would no longer do business with Lindell.

Lindell is also facing potential legal action from Dominion Voting Systems for claiming that their voting machines were involved in fraud like Trump attorney Rudy Guiliani.
