The US House of Representatives has released its resolution to impeach President Donald Trump and charged him with “incitement of insurrection.”

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) introduced a resolution calling on members of the Cabinet and Vice President Mike Pence to invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Donald Trump incapable of being President.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif) said last week that the House will move to impeach Trump for his role in the Capitol riots.

“We will act with urgency because this president represents an imminent threat,” said Pelosi.
