All laws would be used against Protesters who break them as demonstrations escalate for Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha’s removal and for reforms to suppress King Maha Vajiralongkorn.

Demonstrators are concerned that this would mean the continuation of the prosecutions under the world’s harshest royal insult laws.

“The situation is not improving,” Prayut stated. “There is a risk of escalation to more violence. If not addressed, it could damage the country and the beloved monarchy.”

Dozen of protesters, including many prominent leaders have been arrested in recent months for various reasons.

According to protesters, there would be seven more days of demonstrations after that.
