Members of the Parliament will soon vote on the strategy for a four-week lockdown in England.

These restrictions will include the closure of non-essential places such as restaurants, pubs, and gyms.

These preventive measures will come to force after midnight if approved.

The head of National Health Service (NHS) England warned that there are currently 11,000 coronavirus patients in hospital in England.

Simon Stevens claims that the NHS would be able to provide a potential vaccine before Christmas.

Meanwhile, Boris Johnson, the prime minister, informed the business leaders that the lockdown will end on December 2 and it will not extend beyond that date.
